1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SangyaSolar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

SangyaSolar is a solar deal protection network that connects field partners with verified EPC companies. The platform facilitates deal registration, commission recording, and protected connections between parties.

3. User Roles

  • •Field Partners: Individuals or entities who identify solar project opportunities and submit them through the platform.
  • •EPC Companies: Solar installation companies that access project opportunities and execute solar projects.
  • •Customers: End users who require solar installations.

4. Deal Registration

When a field partner submits a deal, the platform creates a Deal ID and records the partner's commission expectation. This information is used for deal protection purposes.

5. Commission Protection

SangyaSolar provides a documented record of the commission expectation associated with a deal. The platform does not guarantee payment of commission, which is governed by the agreements between the relevant parties.

6. Guardian Fee

SangyaSolar charges a Deal Guardian Fee of 0.5% on qualifying connected deals. This fee is payable by the EPC upon successful connection and is subject to the platform's commercial terms.

7. Anti-Bypass

The platform implements controlled connection mechanisms to protect deal relationships. Users agree not to circumvent the platform's connection process for deals registered through SangyaSolar.

8. Data Protection

SangyaSolar processes personal data in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Limitation of Liability

SangyaSolar is a platform provider and is not a party to the contracts between field partners, EPC companies, and customers. The platform does not guarantee project outcomes, payment, or commission.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be resolved through the platform's grievance mechanism and, if necessary, through arbitration in accordance with Indian law.

11. Modifications

SangyaSolar reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes.
